MODULE 1

November 27 10:00AM-Noon

THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Most Professionals have great systems and processes for their practice, however not for the development of new business with existing and prospective clients. In module one, the foundation to a client development system and process will be established. Topics will be covered such as Ideal Client Development, Business Development Goals, Challenges of Business Development and how to overcome them.

MODULE 2
December 18 10:00AM-Noon

FORMULA FOR SUCCESS: Module two will extend into the establishing your own personal Systematic Formula For Success. Explore the ten areas of Sandler Trainings guiding principles on success and how to personalize this for your practice.

MODULE 3
January 22 10:00AM-Noon

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT: In this module we will combine your Formula For Success with the establishment of your own personal "recipe to success" and personal "cookbook". Explore the current state of your practice and clearly define the steps and measures to take to grow both existing and new client relationships.
