Chances is actually a local Kelowna story starting back in 1985 with the opening of Kelowna Bingo Palace.  Stan saw the need to take bingo into the 21st century and in 2002, the new Bingo Kelowna opened next to Rona on Springfield Rd.   This state of the art building remains the most elaborate and one of the largest bingo facilities in British Columbia.  Don't take our word for it...
