Event Description: Peer Mentoring Circles offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. Facilitated by Dawn McCooey of Women’s Enterprise Centre and brought to you by Accelerate Okanagan and TD Canada Trust, learn how “Action Learning Mentoring” can help move your career forward. In this Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Circle you’ll experience: Real-problem exploration that businesses experience in their day-to-day work Participants learning to solve these real problems with the help and support of others Participants bringing their experiences and expertise to the learning, in order to help others You will exchange ideas, share successes and challenges, make strategic contacts and receive feedback on personal and professional strategies from other women, similar to you.
