Event Description: You do not need any experience for this workshop. You will be taught basic strikes and have the opportunity to break re-breakable as well as real boards (optional). You will learn & practice at your comfort level You will not get injured or be overwhelmed No special gear needed! This is a Free Community Event. We do accept Kelowna Food Bank Donations!
