Event Description: You do not need any experience We should all have some basic self-defense skills. You do not need any experience for this workshop. You will learn & practice at your comfort level You will not get injured or be overwhelmed Street clothes please, no special gear needed! This is a Free Community Event. We do accept Kelowna Food Bank Donations!
