Event Description: This CFUW meeting will feature guest speaker Darrell Eason, Associate of the Green Table Network(GTN). Darrell will tell us how his organisation helps food service operators and suppliers put "sustainability on the menu". The GTN is a Vancouver-based green restaurant certification program which is now establishing roots in the Okanagan.New members welcome.
