Parking Program - Manteo Resort

We request that you advise all meeting delegates that the hotel has a parking program in place.  Parking is complimentary, provided on a first come-first serve basis.  All guests will be required to display a valid parking permit in their vehicle.  These permits will be issued at the Front Desk of the hotel.  Vehicles that do not have parking passes clearly displayed will be subject to the violation fees as outlined on the ticket. 

Ticket Prices: $37.50 each for Members; $48 for Future Members (Luncheon tickets must be purchased in advance.) 

Purchase Deadline: Tickets must be purchased before 4 pm on Tuesday, December  7, 2010.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event -- no refunds after that.
