Event Description: Countless research studies prove that happy teams are productive teams! If volunteers and employees are having fun at work they stay longer and are more creative and innovative. Learn how to build great teams and resources in your workplace at this interactive workshop. Be prepared to share and participate in some FUN that will recharge your team! About Charlene: Charlene Dishaw has managed volunteer programs for over 20 years. She has presented workshops on best practice in volunteer management across the country. Her workshops are infused with fun and provide lots of ideas to take back to your workplace. Charlene is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and currently earning her Masters in Leadership at Royal Roads University.
