Event Description: Tickets: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/rewire-now-mindfulness-for-over-thinkers-tickets-25624737279 Where is your mind lately? It seems like it’s everywhere, all the time, and this constant obsessive thinking is burning you out. No matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to reach a state of calm, and this anxiety is causing your goals to fall by the wayside. Clear your mind. Lower your stress. Become more mindful. Rewire Now. Rewire Now – Mindfulness for Over-thinkers is an opportunity to change the way you live, work, and play. This workshop will provide you with the tools that you need to reduce your stress levels by learning to act and react in the present moment. The ebbs and flows of the world will always be undeniably present. The tools that you will develop in this workshop will allow you to decrease your stress levels and increase the overall quality of your life. This three-module series will give you many tools that you need to stay present, heighten your awareness of your internal and external environment, and help you to recognize the choices that you can make to reap the best outcome in any situation. What you will gain from this program: • Stronger contemplative thought practices. • Emotional ‘regulation’: centred, focussed, calm, and content. • Develop emotional intelligence: empathy, compassion, awareness. • Increased ability to focus and improved attention. Each participant will complete the program armed with a set of tools that will guide them and continue their rewiring process in the real world.
