Event Description: Have you been diagnosed with or believe that you may suffer from spinal arthritis? The Arthritis Society and Lighthouse Chiropractic would like to help. In this seminar, the doctor will teach you how to feel better, restore current damage, slow down future damage, move better, sleep better, and improve your posture. This is a free event but donations to the Arthritis Society are welcomed. Lunch will be provided so pre-registration is mandatory as space is limited.
