Event Description: RePosition is an 8 week 4 session posture correction workshop series with Dr. Jenkins from Lighthouse Chiropractic. We have developed the RePosition series to teach our patients and the public what they can do at home to restore their posture. Each attendant receives an initial posture assessment, individualized exercises to correct posture, and on the final week they get a re-assessment to document any postural improvements. The four sessions will be held on January 23, February 6, February 20, and March 6 between 7:00-8:00pm at the Parkinson Recreation Centre. All 4 sessions are included in the $20 fee, and people must register with the city through their website https://services.kelowna.ca/onlineregistration/Activities/ActivitiesAdvSearch.asp or in person at the Parkinson Recreation Centre, or by phone at 250-469-8800.
