Event Description: Falling flakes make us happy, so we're throwing a party to welcome winter. Come join us for a storm front of frosty excitement and connect with your local outdoor community. Snowfest: 1:00PM - 4:00PM We are hosting free winter clinics, product demos from retailers, manufacturers and local clubs! Wander through the inner village of SilverStar to take in the MEC Kelowna Okanagan Snowfest. Gear Swap: 1:00PM - 6:00PM We are kicking off Snowfest with a legendary Gear Swap! Hosted at Snowfest, visit the inner village of SilverStar and the NATC to check out all the snow deals! Filmfest: 4:00PM - 6:00PM Featuring short films including Salomon FreeSki TV, Burton and more! MEC Gear Swap SilverStar will be buzzing with excitement and is the place to be to find great deals on snowsports related gear. Clinics: Learn what you need to know to rule the slopes this season in the most fun and safe way possible.
