Event Description: Graze Among the Grapes - a premiere Winemaker's dinner. Begin with a reception out in the courtyard, followed by a meander through the vineyard with Winemaker Kathy Malone, followed by the most amazing wine paired dinner by Chef Rob Cordonier. The evening begins with our Rose wine with a selection of beautifully prepared canapes; prawn lollipop, cream of roasted tomato absinthe soup, cinnamon scented chicken ballontine, orchard fruit bacon crumble tart. First course is lobster cappuccino with Muscat Ottonel 2011, second course is smoked duck sausage and a mushroom lentil ragout with Old Vines Gamay Noir 2009, third course is roast beef Mosaic, glazed cipollini and walnuts with brussels and caramelized shallot jus paired with Mosaic 2008.
