Find out how people perceive your business and how they judge you and your service. Find out the keys to making a good impression and how to convey the value of your service. Products are easy to judge because there is something to touch and see, but in the service industry there is often not a physical item for clients to evaluate your organizations worth – so you need to provide them with physical clues.
This presentation will cover:
- Explaining how clients perceive your business, what they look for and why.
- The 4 criteria people use to judge you and your business.
- How your business is judged and what you can do to ensure you are meeting their expectations.
Wrightson has spent more than 40 years in the service sector. The first 20 years in various retail environments from store management to franchise ownership to district manager of more than 80 stores. Wrightson looked then to academe with teaching and program leadership in the Marketing and Management programs at the JR Shaw School of Business at NAIT (24 years) and as sessional instructor at both the University of Lethbridge (5 years) and the University of Alberta (14 years).
