2) The value of Social Media to an organization and how it can contribute to the businesses success.

3) A clear explanation of the metrics.

a. Develop a strategy for social media and mobile devices.  What are you trying to accomplish?

b. Develop a statement that describes what you want to do.

c. Assign the responsibility and expected results to someone.

d. Monitor and learn from your activity.
