Event Description: Dr. Kyleen Myrah will educate participants in this free workshop on how personality type preferences can be used to highlight differences in communication styles. Each participant will complete the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), to help the participants learn about and appreciate their natural communication style. Through interactive exercises and role plays, participants will develop an understanding of other styles and strategies and learn to adapt their communication methods to be effective with any audience, including colleagues, clients, management or community stakeholders.
