Event Description: The Cookbook Speaker Series An adventure for the foodie in all of us! Want to know more about the food that graces your table? Now is your chance to meet local, sustainable food producers, farmers and chefs. Stimulate your taste buds, your mind and the Okanagan’s Farm to Table Revolution. Take your food and taste education to the next level as you join local cookbook author, food and wine columnist Jennifer Schell of The Butcher, The Baker, the Wine and Cheese Maker, An Okanagan Cookbook for a unique 3 part series of discussions at the Rotary Centre for Arts. Hear their stories and discover new Okanagan chefs, food artisans and farmers in the relaxed setting of the RCA’s Mary Irwin Theatre. Three conversations: each with their own theme and line-up of guest speakers who will share their stories and answer your questions. Special guest hosts will keep things fresh and each night will have a special lobby display for mingling and a cash bar wine reception.
