Event Description: A fundraiser for InspireHealth, join Jan Schumacher for a gentle vinyasa yoga class beside the lake at a lovely Casa Loma lakeside home. Followed by a refreshing swim and then participate in the preparation and enjoyment of a local, organic lunch while learning about the nutritional path to optimal health with Lisa Kilgour. Tickets are $75 per person, and all proceeds will be donated to InspireHealth Integrative Cancer Care Centre. Please call us at 250-861-7125 or drop by the centre at 123-565 Bernard Avenue to purchase tickets. The Yoga of Eating is sponsored by Nature's Fare, Summerhill Pyramid Winery and Chaibaba.
