Event Description: Once again, the Kelowna office would like to invite you to participate in our 3rd Annual We Scare Hunger Campaign to benefit the Kelowna Community Food Bank. We Scare Hunger was started by Free the Children as an annual campaign whose goal is to help alleviate local hunger while raising awareness of global poverty. How does it work? On Monday, October 21 we will be delivering donation bins to Kelowna businesses. You will have until October 31 to collect non-perishable food items for the cause. A team from KPMG will come by on Friday, November 1 to pick up all donations. This year all participants who make donations will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad! By participating, together we can help make a real difference in the lives of those living with hunger in our community.
