Event Description:

Everyone experiences conflict and, if not dealt with in a healthy way, it can be devastating to all parties affected.

Did you know that conflicts between employees in the workplace:

•         Result in over 65% of performance problems

•         Cause up to 90% of involuntary departures

•         Result in a lack of productivity and increased time off

Find out how to mediate in your workplace and improve your business.

Join a panel of experienced local mediators and Kari D. Boyle, Executive Director of Mediate BC in a one-hour panel followed by a half-hour interactive workshop using real-life examples to describe how mediation works.
