Event Description: Date: Saturday, February 8, 2014 Time: 5:45 pm Venue: Delta Grand Okanagan Conference Centre, 1310 Water St. Parking: Parking is $16 in the hotel parkade, $20 for Valet Dress: Cocktail VIP Reception (stand up reception format) 5:45 pm VIP reception featuring 2013 Canadian Culinary Champion Marc St Jacques of Auberge du Pommier, Toronto. As a VIP guest, you get early access to the Chef’s stations. The Competition (stand up reception format) 6:15 pm Sample each Chef’s dish and paired wine Silent auction including a selection of rare wines An opportunity to meet all attending Olympic athletes The Celebration (seated, please refer to table number on your ticket) 8:15 pm Dessert created by Executive Chef Stuart Klassen MC: Olympic Gold Medallist Ashleigh McIvor Entertainment: Ed Robertson of Barenaked Ladies and Canadian music icon Barney Bentall Live auction of once-in-a-lifetime experiences Crowning of Canada’s Best Chef for 2014! 10:30 pm Band - Cover 2 Cover
