Event Description: In 1976 the Heiss Family planted the first Pinot Gris plants in Canada. today, Pinot Gris is the number one planted grape varietal in BC. This 5 course wine paired dinner etwines the cuisine of the French Countryside and the extravagant offerings of the Okanagan Valley.
