Publicity through radio, television and newspapers along with a strong social media presence sell products and services.

Just as important is protecting your good reputation by identifying an issue before it becomes a crisis and delivering strong messages to internal and external stakeholders.

 Making communications work for you is a four hour seminar delivered by senior Peak Communicators consultants Alyn Edwards and Chris Olsen. Both were news reporters for 30 years and have lots of experience helping companies tell their stories.

o   When and how to inform stakeholders

o   Deciding to be proactive or reactive

 3.       Social media – its place in your communications plan 

                  o   Plan and protocols

o   Deciding on appropriate social channels

o   Setting up the right tools

o   Monitoring social channels

o   Appropriate messaging
