Event Description:  

Canada's new Anti-Spam Law (CASL) will take effect on July 1, 2014. Meaning that that businesses and associations will soon need to meet strict compliance requirements when sending commercial electronic messages to members, clients, and prospects or potentially face severe financial penalties.

This timely session will provides an overview of CASL and how it applies to your organization. You will walk away with some guidelines on what changes you need to put in place now to ensure you are compliant come July 1, 2014.
