Event Description: Welcome to the Annual Silver Star Summer Wine & Food Festival, featuring our signature tasting event The Mile High Wine Tasting. Sample over 100 wines from 30 of the Okanagan's finest wineries. Celebrity Chef, David Hawksworth, chef of Vancouver's #1 Restaurant is hosting a feature dinner event Friday, August 8, as well as a live Cooking Demo on Saturday, August 9. Seats are limited so book early. The weekend also includes a variety of seminars, cooking demonstrations, wine master's dinners and entertainment. This event sells out every year.
