STUDENTS: Are you a student looking to better connect yourself with the community and local business professionals or brush up on your skills and show off your talents?
Get to know professionals in your field and around the community.
-A one-on-one 45 minute meeting with an industry professional in your field (the “connector”)
-An opportunity for students to ask questions and gain insight
-An additional 2 referrals to other industry professionals in your field
Participate in various workshops throughout the year – stay tuned for specifics and dates. Sample topics include: Effecting Social Change, Networking, Finding a Job, Your Professional Online Presence.
Network with students and young professionals across the Okanagan
Fee: A fee of $50 will be charged to each student upon registration. Program cost includes all networking opportunities with connectors, an orientation, as well as a wrap-up event concluding the program, marking the students’ success.

CONNECTORS: The program provides a direct avenue for connectors to engage with young talent as well, giving industry professionals a direct link to Kelowna’s up-and-coming. Volunteer 45 minutes of your time to meet with a student in your field and connect them with 2 suitable professionals to broaden their networks.
